Shipping Policies
Orders are usually shipped via USPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your USPS Zone. (It averages 5 to 10 business days from the day that the order was placed. However, in most cases it takes 4 days.)
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on the dollar value of the orders per the following chart:

Return Policy
Item(s) must be returned within 10 days for an exchange or refund. returns to be sent to: 697 Princess Dr.; Canton, MI 48188.
There will be a charge of 20% for restocking fee. Make sure you order correctly.
Shipping and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
No C.O.D. on return deliveries.
Backorder Policy
You will be notified if the product you ordered is on backorder.
You will be given a choice of:
– Wait till product is in supply (and it will be delivered to you immediately).
– Cancel your order.
– Order something new.
Damaged Goods Policy
Claims should be made directly to the carrier when damage occurs during delivery.
Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days for an exchange or refund on the product.
There will be no restocking charge if product is damaged.
